Lower Canine External Resorption

Management of invasive cervical external resorption: initial orthograde treatment with internal MTA repair. After 15 years, due to reactivation, surgical intervention with open flap isolation: inflammatory tissue removal, defect repair with bioceramic putty, flow and composite. After finishing and polishing, the flap is sutured.
